Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking equipment. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

 

 

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

 

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received via PayPal or bank transfer (if applicable).

  • The remaining balance must be paid on delivery or collection.

 

 

2. Payment

 

  • Payment can be made by cash or PayPal.

  • Online card payments are not currently accepted via the website.

  • The full hire fee must be settled before equipment is taken or used.

 

 

3. ID

 

  • Photo ID is required for security purposes.

  • All ID copies will be deleted once the equipment is safely returned and the hire is completed.

 

 

4. Delivery & Collection

 

  • Delivery services may be available at an additional cost.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

  • If collecting, customers are responsible for transporting equipment safely.

  • Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and time unless otherwise arranged.

 

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

 

  • Cancellations must be notified as soon as possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the hire date.

  • Refunds or partial refunds may be given at our discretion for cancellations outside this period.

 

 

6. Equipment Care & Liability

 

  • Customers are responsible for reasonable care of all equipment during the hire period.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full replacement cost.

  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, including all cables, stands, and accessories.

  • Almighty Sound 4 Hire Birmingham is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of hired equipment.

 

 

7. Use of Equipment

 

  • Equipment is to be used for its intended purpose only.

  • Customers must not modify, repair, or tamper with the equipment.

  • Equipment may only be used in venues agreed upon at the time of booking.

 

 

8. Dispute Resolution

 

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be addressed in good faith.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
